Hi, I’m Heaven, The artist behind Cloud Nine Hair Studio! I’ve created this space with the intention of providing more than just great hair. I am passionate about creating an experience where every detail is intentional and personalized. I specialize in custom color, with a strong focus on detailed consultations so expectations are clear, realistic, and aligned from the start. My work also includes precision haircuts, extensions, and styling, all designed to enhance each clients overall look. I built my clientele through luxurious, bouncy blowouts and styling and that foundation continues to influence my work today. In addition to working behind the chair, I also love educating and mentoring students and fellow cosmetologists. Cloud Nine is a welcoming, safe space for everyone to relax, feel supported, and leave feeling elevated and cared for. CANCELLATION POLICY
☁️ CLOUD NINE HAIR STUDIO CLIENT POLICIES & AGREEMENT By booking an appointment with Cloud Nine Hair Studio, you agree to the following policies: *Appointments & Cancellations Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to forfeit deposit fee or charge 20% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked on short notice. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service. Deposits are only transferable if a notice is given prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. *Late Policy Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. If time allows, services may be adjusted accordingly. At Cloud Nine Hair Studio, we understand that real emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Our policies are not meant to be harsh, they exist to protect the structure of our business, the time reserved for you, and the clients waiting for availability. When true emergencies arise, we always encourage open communication. While policies are applied consistently, Cloud Nine reserves the right to show grace at its discretion. Thank you for respecting our time, our craft, and our structure. *Payments Accepted forms of payment: Credit/ Debit, Zelle, Cash, and Tap Pay. All prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, service complexity, & additional product usage. Cloud Nine Hair Studio uses package pricing based on the time reserved for each appointment to ensure quality and consistency. Package prices remain the same even if a client chooses to forgo part of the service. *Guests , Children, and Pets For safety and relaxation, no children unless previously approved or the child is being serviced. Due to building policies, only Service animals Allowed. Emotional Support Animals are unfortunately not allowed. *Satisfaction & Redos Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original appointment. No refunds. Redos are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products are only refundable if the item has not been damaged, opened, or used. *RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Cloud Nine Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for: Disrespectful behavior Failure to follow policies Safety or health concerns Inappropriate conduct By booking, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
